My initial idea with the first two mock ups was to glue them in place, but I realised that if I could get some magnets I could have the packaging open up completely as a fold out
and not needing any gluing at all. So I went to Hobbycraft and purchased some different types of magnets. The below magnets were pretty pathetic and unfortunately had no real strength.

After speaking on the phone with someone from 'E magnets UK' I was advised to purchase some magnets that were a lot stronger and smaller than the ones I had chosen previously.
The pictures below are examples of how strong the magnets are. They are strong enough to stay together with thick card between them (This is the same card I am using to build my packaging )- something the first set of magnets from hobbycraft were no way near doing.

So I went online and found a company that specialised in magnets.
E magnets UK- http://e-magnetsuk.com/.

Although your can only see 3 magnets it is a photo of 6 of the
small magnets holding together a piece of folded card.
The Limited edition packaging has now developed even further by choosing to use magnets to hold the packaging together.
Something about the previous mock ups didn't feel right when put together, I realised that there was two many unnecessary flaps which left spaces in certain places and made it look unprofessional.
This new design has evolved from the original net design, however the new design of the packaging has no excess flaps, it has a simpler but more effective net making it possible to use no flaps at all and makes it more sturdy.
